Gift cards are redeemable at Revive Wellness & Beauty. Gift cards may be used toward eligible services, treatments, and retail product purchases. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Cards
Please treat gift cards like cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards may not be replaced or refunded. Revive Wellness & Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
General Terms
Revive Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, as permitted by law. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
