Gift Card Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase and use of Revive Wellness & Beauty gift cards and eGift cards (collectively, “Gift Cards”). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

Redemption & Use

Gift cards are redeemable at Revive Wellness & Beauty. Gift cards may be used toward eligible services, treatments, and retail product purchases. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Redemption & Use

Expiration & Fees

Gift cards do not expire, and there are no additional service fees associated with them.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal laws of the United States.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Cards

Please treat gift cards like cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards may not be replaced or refunded. Revive Wellness & Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

General Terms

Revive Wellness & Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, as permitted by law. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

I’ve had facials before from many different aestheticians, but Taylor is exceptional! She clearly is gifted at this. I have never even thought about having a regular monthly facial, but I feel that she has made such a difference in all of the areas I had concerns about and it is as relaxing to me as a really good massage, so it is one of my favorite self-care things I do for myself. My daughter-in-law and granddaughter both come here now and feel the same way I do. We are three generations with different issues and Taylor has made a difference for all of us. My wife bought me a wellness membership here, and I laughed thinking why at a women’s medspa? But I was wrong, and I’m glad I was.. don’t tell my wife I admitted to being wrong, she’ll run with that LOL anyways, this place has so much to offer, I have a membership for their cryotherapy chamber, red light bed and vitamin IVs. If you’ve never been in a cryotherapy chamber, then you need to give it a whirl! I also came in for a post work out IV, and they had me feeling ready to show up to the Arnold (lol). Anyways, what I’m trying to say is these places are just for women, they are for us men too, thanks Revive!

I had a facial with Taylor and it was the best and most thorough facial I’ve ever had!!!!
They also let me try out their red light therapy bed for my recent back pain and I scored a membership for that too! I have never seen an actual red light bed before only panels so you better believe I was on board!

The outside might look small, but the inside is full of everything you’ll ever need for health and beauty. I see Maggie for my weight loss journey and it has been the best experience of my life, it’s not like going to any doctor, it feels like you’re part of the family from start to finish! They also have IV therapy and I got a brain boost solution last week and I have never felt better!! If you’re looking for a personal approach to your health and wellness, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The entire staff is amazing!!!

I have arthritis and have found the red light therapy to lessen inflammation and discomfort.  After taking off for several weeks I was convinced that the therapy was working.  I am thankful for the relief.
