Revive Wellness & Beauty offers a range of wellness and aesthetic services, including but not limited to IV vitamin therapy, cryotherapy, red light therapy, advanced facials and skincare, body contouring, injectables, and wrinkle relaxers. All services are administered by trained professionals in compliance with applicable health and safety regulations. Services are elective and non-medically necessary unless otherwise specified.

Appointment Policies
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and full service charges will still apply. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges or additional fees.
Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as outlined at checkout. All completed services and product sales are final. Refunds are not offered for completed treatments. Unused package sessions are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for medical contraindications or special circumstances.
Promotions and Discounts
Revive Wellness & Beauty may offer promotional discounts, limited-time specials, or loyalty incentives. Promotions are subject to change or expiration without notice. Discounts may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Membership Terms
Revive Wellness & Beauty offers an optional monthly membership program, known as the Beauty Bank Bucks Membership, designed to provide clients with exclusive benefits and flexible access to aesthetic services.
By enrolling in the membership, you agree to the following terms:
- A monthly fee of $99 will be charged to your preferred payment method
- 100% of the monthly fee will be banked and may be applied toward eligible services and skincare products
- Banked funds may be accumulated for up to six (6) months and must be used within that timeframe
- A one-time enrollment fee of $50 is required to initiate the membership
- A minimum commitment of six (6) months is required. After this period, cancellation may occur at any time with at least 30 days’ written notice
- Membership discounts or perks may not be combined with other promotional offers or transferred to another person
- Members receive 15% off full-priced eligible services and skincare products, excluding services already discounted
We reserve the right to change the terms, pricing, or benefits of the membership at any time with advance notice.
User Accounts and Communication
To access certain features or book services, you may be required to create an account or provide personal information. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, promotional offers, and service updates by email, phone, or text message. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the message.
