Revive’s ongoing hormone program is designed to make your care simple, structured, and medically monitored.
Women’s Hormone Care is $229/month and Men’s Hormone Care is $199/month. Your program includes ongoing medication management and included medications based on your treatment plan*, scheduled provider follow-ups, clinically appropriate lab monitoring with in-house blood draws for included labs, 3D Fit body-composition tracking, and treatment adjustments when appropriate.
Follow-up visits may be completed in person or by telehealth when appropriate, so you always know when we’ll see you again and what comes next.
*Some medications filled through an outside retail pharmacy, including estrogen patches, are not included in the monthly fee and may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on your plan. Pellet therapy is a separate program with its own pricing.
